Calls

- Browser Softphone A draggable browser softphone injected into every HighLevel page, so reps can answer or place calls without switching tabs.
- Caller Card See a contact's name, tags, DND status and latest note before you pick up, on both the softphone and the full Phone page.
- Click to Call Click a phone number anywhere HighLevel shows one, a contact's page, the Contacts grid or Opportunities, and Phone Clover opens the softphone and dials.
- Phone Page The full-page Phone view with Recents, Contacts, Keypad and Lists tabs, plus a dashboard alongside it on wider screens.
- Routing & Presence Ring-all or round-robin routing, business hours, forward to mobile, voicemail and Available/Away presence for your default number.
Texting and numbers
HighLevel texting on your own Telnyx numbers, plus number health and business registration.
- Native SMS Texting from HighLevel Conversations on Telnyx numbers, in early access in our pilot account. Workflow and bulk texting are unproven. Hosted SMS works today.
- Hosted SMS Add texting to a landline or VoIP number you already own, usually live in 1 to 3 business days, without porting or touching your calls.
- Number Health A per-number health card showing delivered and spam signals, CNAM and STIR/SHAKEN status, with optional automatic failover.
- A2P 10DLC A guided wizard for the carrier-required A2P 10DLC registration US business texting needs, instead of a manual Trust Center form.
- Number Management Adopt existing Telnyx numbers, buy new domestic or international ones, and manage per-number labels, capabilities and caller ID.
Follow-up, reporting and setup
Every call ends with a next step, shows up in reporting, and setup stays simple.
- Post-Call Outcomes A post-call outcome card with built-in tiles plus up to eight custom outcomes that tag contacts and create follow-up tasks in HighLevel.
- Calling Lists Build a calling list from a HighLevel tag or selected contacts and dial through it one call at a time, with DND and calling-hours checks at dial time.
- Missed Call Text Back An off-by-default automation that sends one text after a call goes unanswered, once the full ring and forward chain finishes.
